Henry County Parks and Recreation-sponsored Annual Easter Egg Hunt for ages 4 to second grade: noon at Jack Dalton Park. Children will hunt in two age groups. Easter Egg Hunt bags will be provided. The event is free, but registration was required by Wednesday evening. Call 634-4640.

Mount Olivet Ruritan Club will not hold a breakfast on Saturday; the next will be May 5.

Karaoke Night with more than 8,000 songs to choose from at the Bassett Moose Lodge: The lodge will open at 6 p.m.

Dan River Basin Association’s First Saturday Outing: Meet at 10 a.m. on the north side of Berry Hill Bridge on Virginia 880 and N.C. 1761 for a 9-mile float on the Dan River from Berry Hill Bridge to U.S. 58 bridge in Pittsylvania County.
