Obama scares this reader
Friday, April 6, 2012
I read that earlier this week Obama made a statement warning us that if the Supreme Court overturned his signature health care overhaul it would amount to overreach by an “unelected” court.
Thank God for an “unelected” court. Does he want to be a dictator? If so, why doesn’t he dispatch the Secret Service to round up all the justices and throw them in a concentration camp and abolish the Supreme Court. While he is at it, why doesn’t he round up members of the House of Representatives and toss them in with them. After all, who needs a Supreme Court or House of Representatives when we have Obama. When he thrust his chin up and out and points his finger up, he reminds me of a man who took control of Germany over 70 years ago. He really scares me.
What we really need to do is clean out the House and Senate (both parties) and elect a new president. I don’t like anyone presently seeking the office, but we have to send a clear message to Washington, a message of “political change” (not to change America). Otherwise we are going to leave our children and grandchildren a third world “Socialist” country. The last two elections have only made things worse.
We have placed regulations on coal which makes absolutely no sense at all. China and other countries burn it without any regulations or concerns about the environment. It is a cheap source of energy which helps them draw American factories and jobs away from our shores. What good does it do to stop burning coal in the U.S.A. (where we have an abundance of it) if we are going to ship it overseas for someone else to burn.
I would like to add that on the March 30 opinion page, Clay Compton was right on in his letter “Case fuels racial divide.” I hope no one will interpret the fact I am mentioning his article to indicate he would in any way agree with anything I have to say. If you don’t agree with me, don’t let it reflect on him.
