Tamika Zigler and Cory Dillard, both of Greensboro, N.C., were married on Feb. 14 at the Martinsville home of the bride’s mother, Collisa Stanley, who performed the ceremony.
The bride also is the daughter of Ronnie Benton of Martinsville. She is the granddaughter of Mary Cole Barnes of Collinsville and the late Joe Lewis Stanley.
The bridegroom is the son of Robert Dillard and Nancy Dillard of Martinsville. He is the grandson of Virginia Hairston of Martinsville and the late Benjamin Hairston.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a pink strapless gown with a chiffon overlay, and she carried a bouquet of pink and white roses and carnations.
Cousin of the bride Jerica Stanley of Martinsville was the maid of honor.
Ron Dillard of Martinsville, brother of the bridegroom, was the best man.
Son of the bride Jaquantis Yellock was the usher.
Josiah Zigler, son of the bride, and JaCory Dillard, son of the wedding couple, were the ring bearers.
A reception was held at the home.
The couple took a honeymoon in Virginia Beach.
They live in Greensboro.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Fieldale-Collinsville High School and attended Patrick Henry Community College. She is a health adviser for United Health Care in Greensboro.
The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Martinsville High School and a graduate of Patrick Henry Community College with an associate degree in applied science. He is an equipment operator at Bunzl Distribution in Greensboro.
