BREAKING NEWS: Sears to close at Liberty Fair Mall

The Sears store is leaving Liberty Fair Mall in Martinsville.
Store Manager Randy Brown confirmed the closing. He said a firm date has not yet been determined, but the closing may occur before mid-December.
Brown said Sears “decided not to renew the lease” following unsuccessful negotiations with the mall. He said sales at the store have been good.
