Tammie Leigh Ann Turner of Ridgeway and Michael Andrew Kenee of Martinsville were married on Aug. 25 at Ridgeway Church of God. The Rev. Dr. Bruce Hagy performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Roger Turner and Dale Turner of Ridgeway.
The bridegroom is the son of R.J. and Karen Voorhees Jr. of Martinsville.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a strapless organza gown with draping and pickups. She carried a bouquet of purple daisies and red and white roses.
Maid of honor was Alicia N. Turner Ridgeway, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Brittany Jones of Martinsville, sister of the bridegroom; and Olivia Nelson of Greensboro, N.C.
Kelvin Gravely was the best man.
Groomsmen were Johnathon Graham, cousin of the bridegroom, and Trae Price.
Flower girl was Hailey N. Haymore, niece of the bride and daughter of Alicia Turner.
Ring bearer was cousin of the bridegroom Wesley Bateman, son of Teresa and Drew Bateman of Ridgeway.
The couple live in Kansas, where the bridegroom is stationed with the Army at Fort Riley.
