Tina Melissa Manley of Raleigh, N.C., and Brian Keith Kaden of Wilson, N.C., were married on Sept. 28 at the Raleigh Courthouse. Magistrate Brian K. Flatley performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Frances White of Martinsville and Samuel Glidewell of Myrtle Beach, S.C. She is the granddaughter of Christine Willis of Martinsville and the late Harvey Willis.
The bridegroom is the son of Anna DeSantis of Randolph, N.J.
The bride wore a scalloped lace dress with three-quarter sleeves. She carried a bouquet of peach and white roses.
A reception was held at Capri restaurant in downtown Raleigh.
The have a spring honeymoon in Italy planned.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Fieldale Collinsville High School, a 2008 graduate of Patrick Henry Community College and a 2011 graduate of Mary Baldwin College. She is a third-grade teacher for Nash Rocky Mount public schools.
The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of Randolph High School and attends Wake Tech. He is employed by the Raleigh Fire Fighters Association.
After the wedding, the couple will be honored with a wedding reception in December at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, N.J., hosted by the bridegroom’s mother.
