Gun ban not a solution

On gun control, I do not think banning these types of guns (assault rifles) will help anything.
I am sorry for those who lost children in the school shooting. The government banned these types of guns in the 1990s, but the ban was later lifted, and it put a limit on how many rounds a magazine could hold. Did it help anything? The answer is no.
They want to know what will help the problem. When someone takes a person’s life, don’t give them life in prison or 10 years on a waiting list for the death chamber. Do it like the old days in a public place where everyone can see it and make it a slow death, not quick. Plus look how much money the government would save on not have to keep these people up.
