Catherine Binford Hensley of Denver and William Michael Burke of Arvada, Colo., were married on Nov. 4 at The Lionsgate Center in Lafayette, Colo. The Rev. Chris Hall performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Steve and Susan Hensley of Jamestown, N.C. She is the granddaughter of Peggy Jefferson of Martinsville and the late Eldon Jefferson, Geneva Hensley and Clyde Hensley.
The bridegroom is the son of Jane and Mike Burke of The Villages, Fla. He is the grandson of Donna Sullivan of The Villages the late Bill Sullivan and Stonja Burke of Lorain, Ohio, and the late Bill Burke.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a beaded lace trumpet gown with an empire waist and cap sleeves with a fitted skirt that flaired below the knee. She carried a bouquet of white roses.
Bridesmaids were Erika Cook of High Point, N.C., Cammie Frothingham of Boulder, Colo., Andrea Triplett of Greensboro, N.C., Lauren Kinderknecht of Cambridge, Mass., Anna Livingston of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Sandy Aronson of Minneapolis, Minn.
Groomsmen were brother of the bride Daniel Hensley of Orlando, Fla., brother of the bridegroom Tim Burke of St. Petersburg, Fla., Jordan Roth of Columbus, Ohio, Rob Metzer of Wierton, W.Va., Matt Thompson of Noblesville, Ind., and Joe Wilson of Hilliard, Ohio.
A program of wedding music was provided by Lee Rannals, Eric Berg, Bob McLemore and Michael Phung, all of Denver.
A reception was held at The Lionsgate Center.
The couple live in Denver.
The bride is a graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
Prior to the wedding, the couple was honored on the following occasions: in August, a tea in High Point, N.C. hosted by Erika Cook and Amelia Cates and a lingerie shower in Winston-Salem hosted by Bennie Breece and Vicki Reeves; Nov. 3, a rehearsal dinner in Denver hosted by Jane and Mike Burke; and Nov. 24, a reception in Greensboro, N.C., hosted by Steve and Susan Hensley.
