Job fair set at GSI facility

A job fair will be held Tuesday and Wednesday to fill 100 immediate job openings at the GSI Commerce Fulfillment Center in Martinsville, according to a company news release.
GSI, an e-commerce and interactive marketing company, is a division of the online auction website eBay. It packs and ships items for e-commerce retailers.
The job fair will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days at GSI Commerce (main building), 330 Hollie Drive.
GSI is hiring full-time and part-time associates. Positions, which are starting immediately, include pickers, packers, shippers, equipment operators, senior leads and supervisors, for all shifts.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and complete a successful background screen. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Full-time employees will have “the opportunity to receive health care, PTO and other benefits,” the release states.
