Leaders Network breakfast and organizational meeting: 8 a.m. at Morning Star Holy Church, 2839 Stoney Mountain Road, Martinsville. The program, hosted by the Rev. Tyler C. Millner, will feature Kelvin G. Perry, president of the First State Bank and former president of Imperial Savings, as guest speaker. The breakfast will be $5 per person.

Malloween at Liberty Fair Mall: 5-7 p.m., trick-or-treat the merchants, have your face painted, and other activities.

Trunk-or-Treat Halloween: 6-9 p.m. at the Bassett Moose Lodge.
