Carter, prepared by Bill May and supervised by C.M. Wyatt, C.L.S., dated October 3, 1968, and being more particularly described according to said map as follows: Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly side of a proposed street which runs adjacent to Southern Railway and adjoins State Route 620; thence with said proposed street, North 64 deg. 31 min. West 191.45 feet to the dividing line between Lots 3 and 2; thence with said dividing line, North 25 deg. 29 min. East 200 feet to the remaining land of John P. Carter; thence South 64 deg. 31 min.
