Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated May 6, 2003, in the original principal amount of $65,950.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Martinsville, Virginia as Instrument Number LR0300854, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on June 4, 2013, at 10:30 a.m., in front of the building housing the Martinsville Circuit Court, Martinsville Municipal Building, 55 West Church Street, Martinsville, VA, the property designated as Lot 45 and 46, Map No. 4 of the Parkview Subdivision, as shown on Plat of Survey dated July 12, 1985 of record in the aforesaid Clerks Office in Map Book 17, Page 16. Sale is subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $6,500.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale.
