In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $132,000.00, dated June 15, 2005 recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the Henry County, Virginia, in Document No. 050003637, default having occurred in the payment of the Note thereby secured and at the request of the holder of said Note, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the entrance to the Circuit Court of Henry County, 3160 Kings Mountain Road, Martinsville, on April 15, 2015 at 11:15 AM the property described in said deed, located at the above address and briefly described as:

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Henry, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Henry, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land herein described, situated, lying and being in Irisburg District, Henry County, State of Virginia, and more particularly defined and described as follows:

Beginning at a stake set in the N. margin of Terry Road said stake marking the N. E. corner of Lot No. 32, thence and with the dividing line between Lot Nos. 31 and 32, N. 9 deg. 30' W. 289.11 feet to a stake, said stake marking the south east corner of Lot No. 23, thence and with the rear line of Lots 23 and 24, N. 80 deg. 30' E. 200 feet to a stake marking the S. E. corner of Lot No. 25, thence and with the dividing line between lots 29 and 30, S. 9 deg. 30' E. 228.89 feet to a stake in the N. edge of Terry Road; thence and with the N. line of Terry Road, S. 54 deg. 44' W. 111.04 feet to a stake, said stake marking the S. W. corner of Lot No. 30, thence S. 54 deg. 44' W about 11.48 feet to a stake set in the N. edge of Terry Road, thence and with the N. edge of Terry Road, S. 74 deg. 51' W. 90.10 feet to the point of beginning, same being all of lots 30 and 31, map showing Block B, Subdivision for Ruth P. Hairston, party of the Morgan Place Farm, situated at Sandy Level.

Less and except that portion conveyed in Deed Book 222 at Page 195.

And being the same real property conveyed to Mose Hampton and Kathleen Hampton, husband and wife, from Ruth P. Hairston by deed dated June 1, 1953 and recorded October 30, 1959 in the Henry County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Deed Book 157 at Page 516.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 229 at Page 745 and Deed Book 222 at Page 195.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Mose Hampton a/k/a Moses Hampton, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Bobby Hampton, P. O. Box 203, Axton, Virginia 24054; Kathleen Hampton a/k/a Katherine Richardson Hampton a/k/a Katheren Hampton, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before April 30, 2015 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Henry, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
