Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated April 22, 2010, in the original principal amount of $42,000.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Henry, Virginia as Instrument No. 100001865, the undersigned Substitute Trustees will sell at public auction on June 8, 2015, at 12:30 p.m., in front of the building housing the Henry County Circuit Court, 3160 Kings Mountain Road, Martinsville, VA, the property designated as Lot 18, Section A, containing 2.616 acres, situated on Lee`s Ridge Road, in the Lee`s Ridge Subdivision as shown on plat of Survey for Lee`s Ridge Subdivision dated October 30, 1984, and recorded in Map Book 80, Pages 103, 104, and 105, of the aforesaid Clerk`s Office. Lot 19, Section A, containing 3.163 acres, more or less, also shown on the aforementioned plat of survey above. Sale is subject to all prior liens (including the lien of a prior Deed of Trust), easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises. TERMS: CASH. A deposit of $4,000.00 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is lower, will be required of the successful bidder at time of sale. Prior to the sale, interested bidders will be required to register with and must present a bid deposit which may be held during the sale by the trustee. The bid deposit must be certified funds and/or cash, but no more than $10,000.00 of cash will be accepted. The successful bidder’s deposit will be retained at the sale and applied to the sale price. If held by the trustee, all other bid deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Settlement is to be made within 15 days. The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Henry, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Henry, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 27.9(011)000/011, 12
Account No. 086520001

All those certain lots or parcels of land, with all improvements thereon an appurtenances thereunto belonging, situated near Fieldale, in Horsepasture District of Henry County, Virginia, and being known and designated as Lots 11 and 12, as shown on map of "Property of T. E. Adkins", prepared by C. M. Wyatt, Surveyor, May 1952, and recorded in the Henry County Circuit Court Clerk's Office in Map Book 5, Page 100.

And being the same real property conveyed to Lucy C. Hairston from T. E. Adkins and Sallie E. Adkins by Deed dated July 1, 1952 and recorded June 13, 1953 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Henry County, Virginia, in Deed Book 120 at Page 539.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 209 at Page 832.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Lucy C. Hairston, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 89 Waycross Drive, Fieldale, Virginia 24089; Danielle N. Hairston, whose last known address is 1321 2nd Street E #1, Richmond, Virginia 23219; Norma T. Hairston Maynard-Eady, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 179 McGrath Court, Stratford, Connecticut 06615; Terrence A. Maynard a/k/a Terry Maynard, whose last known address is 223 Blanket Drive, Copperas Cove, Texas 76522; Dawn Maynard a/k/a Dawn M. Maynard a/k/a Dawn Machalle Maynard, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 50 Ashley Drive B, Martinsville, Virginia 24112; Krystal Elyse Smith, whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before June 22, 2015 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Henry, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
