The Henry County School Board on Tuesday approved a projected time line for acquiring land, design, bidding and construction of a school to consolidate and replace Collinsville Primary and John Redd Smith Elementary, provided funding is obtained.
The new school would open in August 2017 under the time line, which Henry County Public Schools (HCPS) officials said is aggressive and could hit snags.
