Martinsville native to be home for showing of new movie

Summer Ferguson and Dave Campfield are pictured at the Horrific Film Festival in San Antonio. She acted in and produced “Caesar and Otto’s Deadly Xmas,” and he is the movie’s director, writer, producer and lead actor. He took home the festival’s best actor award. Both will attend the Martinsville showing of the movie at 9 p.m. Saturday at the Rives Theatre. It will be a double feature with Mat and Myron Smith’s “Young Blood” at 7 p.m. Two short films,“Perfect Candidate” and “The Gnome Before Christmas,” also will be shown.(Contributed photo)
