Robert Wayne Hiltwine, 85, of King’s Grant Community, Martinsville, VA died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at his home. He was born on February 26, 1928 in Pottstown, PA to the Late Leonard Albert Hiltwine and Margaret Guy Hiltwine.

Mr. Hiltwine was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Martinsville, VA and served in the U. S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was a Master Mason in Herndon Lodge #266 AF&FM and a member of the Shriners. Mr. Hiltwine was a Lab Manager in the motion picture industry.

Surviving are his wife Nancy Lou Wolcott Hiltwine of the home; daughter, Sheryl Lynn Hiltwine Angeloni and husband, John D. Angeloni of Gladwyne, PA; sons, Keith Wayne Hiltwine and wife, Judy M. Hiltwine of Danville, VA, Craig Douglas Hiltwine and wife, Deborah Z. Hiltwine of Sterling, VA and Scott Robert Hiltwine of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Laura Angeloni Kimmel, John Angeloni, Thomas Angeloni, Heather Hiltwine Wilson, Robert Leigh Hiltwine, Daniel P. Scarola, Skyler C. Kendrick, Monica C. Stephens, Jennifer Ashley Hiltwine, Douglas Wayne Hiltwine and Charles Scott Hiltwine and great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn P. Kimmel, Ethan J. Wilson, Lily A. Wilson, Sienna J. Kendrick and Sophie A. Kendrick.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2013 at King’s Grant Victory Chapel with Chaplain Paul Johnson and Reverend Bradley Long officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
