Percy Craig, 84, of Ridgeway died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Blue Ridge Rehab Center in Martinsville. He was born on October 31, 1928 to Richard Lee Craig and Ada Hollandsworth Craig, both deceased. He was a chef for 70 years and had also served in the Army. He was a member of Stanleytown United Methodist Church
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Natalie P. Craig, daughter, Dr. Donna Craig, brothers, Curtis and Kenneth Craig.
Percy is survived by two sons, Bill Craig and his wife, Regina of Collinsville, P. Allen Craig and his wife, Sharon, of Atlanta, GA, his grandson, Christopher Craig and wife, Tiffany of Roanoke, two brothers, Leonard and wife, Marie Craig and Robert Craig.
The funeral services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday at Stanleytown United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ken Cleveland officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Burial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday at Collins Funeral Home in Bassett.
