  • 5 lbs. corn flour (NOT corn meal)
  • 1 TBS Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 TBS seasoned salt
  • 8-10 lbs. fish, any variety
Preheat a deep fryer to 350 degrees.
Mix the corn flour, seasoning, seasoned salt and salt. Dredge each piece of fish in the flour mixture and drop in the hot oil. Fry the fish for 3-5 minutes until golden.
