  • 2 cups chopped apples or pears
  • 11â�„2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1â�„4 cup chopped celery
  • 1â�„4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, toasted
  • 1â�„4 cup raisins, snipped whole dates or dried tart cherries
  • 1â�„4 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1â�„3 cup vanilla, lemon or orange low-fat yogurt
  • 2 TBS mayonnaise or salad dressing
In a medium bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Stir in celery, nuts, raisins and grapes.
For dressing, stir together yogurt and mayonnaise. Add dressing to apple mixture; toss gently to coat.
