  • 1 (6 oz.) package deli-sliced roast beef
  • 3-4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1-2 green peppers
  • 1 (16 oz.) package linguine
  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle fat free Italian dressing
Cook linguine according to package directions. Meanwhile, slice tomatoes in half and scoop out seeds. Chop tomatoes, peppers and roast beef into bite size pieces. Drain linguine and cool. Mix noodles with vegetables and meat in a large bowl. Pour dressing over all and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
