  • 2-4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup butter crackers, crushed
  • 5 TBS butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil the chicken breasts until cooked thoroughly and cut into pieces; place in a casserole dish. Combine the soup and sour cream, and pour mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the mixture then sprinkle the crackers on top of the cheese. Place one teaspoon of butter in each corner of the dish and one in the center. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
