FRIED CHICKEN

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenderloins
  • Olive oil
  • Chili powder, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat frying pan over medium heat.
Wash and prepare chicken; add chili powder, salt and pepper. Add enough olive oil to the pan to thinly coat the bottom. Place chicken in the oil and cook about two minutes on each side. Remove from pan and serve.
