  • 1 box confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup peanut butter
Mix and then knead sugar, butter and vanilla. Roll dough on waxed paper to about 1�4 inch thickness or less. Spread peanut butter in a thin layer (all may not be used).
Lifting gently with the edge of the waxed paper, roll up the dough. Refrigerate for one hour.
Remove from refrigerator, lay out and slice into slices 1�3 inch thick.
