  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1â�„2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 (4.5 oz.) can green chiles, chopped, drained
  • 1 (21â�„4 oz.) can black olives, sliced, drained
  • 2â�„3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • salt to taste
  • 8 8-inch flour tortillas
Combine first 8 ingredients. Spread 1�2 cup mixture over each tortilla. Roll tortillas. Wrap each separately in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Cut each roll into 12 slices. (Secure with toothpick, optional.)
