Minnie Caramel Pie

  • 2 9-inch graham cracker crusts
  • 1 stick butter
  • 7 oz. toasted coconut (2 cans)
  • 2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 8 oz. pack softened cream cheese
  • 16 oz. whipped topping
  • 1 jar caramel sauce
Saute coconut and pecans in butter (looks toasted). In mixing bowl, beat condensed milk and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping with cheese mixture. Layer cream cheese mixture in pie shells and drizzle with caramel sauce. Layer coconut and cheese mixture three times, drizzling with caramel sauce each time. Freeze. Makes 2 pies.
