BAKED PEARS

Ingredients:
  • 2 large cans pears, drained
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 TBS cornstarch
  • 2 TBS butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon, grated
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together except the pears. Pour over the pears in a baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until sauce is thick.
