1 white cake, baked according to recipe of choice
1 package frozen coconut, divideed
1 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1â�„2 tsp. coconut flavor
1 large tub whipped topping
Mix half the package of coconut, milk, sugar and flavor in saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes. It will start to thicken.
Punch holes in cake and pour frosting over cake while frosting is still hot.
Let cake cool. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
