CHICKEN SALAD
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 5 lbs. chicken (baked or poached)
  • 4 cups diced celery
  • 2 lbs. red grapes, halved
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
  • white pepper, to taste
  • about 2 cups mayonnaise
Dice or chop chicken and put in bowl. Add celery, grapes, nuts and pepper. Mix with mayonnaise until desired consistency.
