RANCH CHICKEN

Ingredients:
  • 12 pieces chicken or
  • 20-30 chicken wings
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 packets dry ranch dip mix
Mix the flour, salt, pepper and all but two tablespoons ranch mix together; coat chicken in mixture. Pour oil about 1/2 inch deep in skillet and heat over medium-low heat. Fry chicken in oil until done and crispy. While chicken is still hot, dust with remaining ranch mix.
