BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1â�„2 cup milk
  • 2 TBS mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12-oz. bag chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 sleeve butter crackers
  • 1 stick butter, melted
Shred cheese. Cook broccoli according to package instructions. Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into casserole dish.
Crush crackers, then pour evenly over the casserole. Pour melted butter evenly over the crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
