OVEN STEW
Soups

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. stew beef, cubed
  • 1 10 oz. can tomato soup
  • 1/2 soup-can water
  • 1 can peas
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 large potato, cubed
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Yields 5-6 servings.
For a large meal, make six recipes at a time in an electric roaster (30 servings), or four recipes at a time in a turkey roaster (20 servings).
