POPPYSEED CHICKEN

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • for topping:
  • 1 sleeve butter crackers
  • 1 stick butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first four ingredients together and place in casserole dish.
Crush crackers and saute in butter. Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
