  • 1 (3 lb.) box macaroni
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 3 large English cucumbers
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 8 oz. mild cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Dice tomatoes and chop cucumbers, pepper and onion. Shred cheese finely. Mix in with macaroni and stir in mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
