POTATOES WITH AFRICA-TUDE
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 5 lbs. red skinned potatoes
  • 2 oz. olive oil
  • 3 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash potatoes and cut into wedges. In a large bowl, mix the spices and olive oil together. Add the potatoes and toss to coat. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
