VENISON ROAST
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 1 hind ham of venison
  • 1â�„2 bulb garlic
  • 1â�„2 lb. bacon
With the tip of a knife, make 15 to 20 stabs 1-2 inches deep into the meat, evenly spaced. Peel garlic cloves and cut each clove in half. Insert a half clove of garlic into each cut in the meat. Lay slices over the largest part of the meat. Place meat in oven or on covered gas grill at 300 degrees and cook until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees (about 4-5 hours).
