WILD TURKEY KABOBS
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 1 wild turkey breast
  • Allegro Hickory Smoke
  • 2 to 3 cups chopped vegetables of choice (such as cherry tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms)
  • 1â�„4 cup olive oil
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp. meat tenderizer
  • 1 tsp. Emeril’s Original Essence
Cut turkey into chunks; remove membrane. Toss with Hickory Smoke to coat and marinate six hours or overnight. Toss the vegetables with the olive oil, garlic powder and thyme; marinate overnight.
Heat grill to medium heat. Put the turkey and vegetables on skewers and sprinkle with meat tenderizer and Essence. Grill for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
