DEEP FRIED ‘CHICKEN’ STEAKS (VEGAN)
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1â�„2 tsp. chicken seasoning
  • 4 oz. ground nuts
  • 1â�„2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1â�„4 tsp. basil
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1â�„2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1â�„2 cup grated vegan cheese substitute
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties or balls. Deep fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes, or bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
