  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 to 4 TBS cocoa
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs. Add sugar, cocoa and margarine; stir. Add milk and vanilla and blend well. Fold in coconut and pecans. Pour into pie shells and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. These pies freeze well.
