  • 11â�„2 lbs. ground beef
  • 11â�„2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1â�„2 cup ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1â�„4 cup milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in a greased 11�2 quart dish or loaf pan. Bake for one hour. Check the meatloaf a few times while it is cooking for any grease that may collect in the pan and drain the grease from the meatloaf.
