Five-Star Macaroni and Cheese
Vegetables & Side Dishes

  • 3 (14 oz.) boxes of macaroni
  • 1â�„3 cup milk
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 slices of American cheese
Boil macaroni for 10 minutes and drain. Shred all cheeses except American. Cheeses may be combined or used separately. Sprinkle a layer of cheese in casserole dish. Layer macaroni and cheese several times until dish is full. Halfway through layering, pour the milk over layers. End with a top layer of shredded cheese and then American cheese slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
