RAW APPLE SALAD

4 TBS Brummel & Brown spread or butter
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup Splenda, divided
1â�„4 cup all-purpose flour
4 small or 2 large Red Delicious apples, diced
8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
8 oz. fat-free sour cream
8 oz. fat-free whipped topping
Mix together the spread, pineapple, 3â�„4 cup Splenda, flour and nuts. Cook over medium heat until thick; cool completely. Add the apples to the cooled mixture and stir; pour mixture into a 9- by- 13-inch pan.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1â�„4 cup Splenda, sour cream and whipped topping together. Pour over the apple mixture. Top with additional nuts, if desired.
