Cheezy Sesame Seeds

Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup whole raw sesame seeds
2 TBS nutritional yeast
1⁄2 tsp. sea salt
Put sesame seed in coffee grinder and grind until fine but not pasty. Mix with the nutritional yeast and sea salt. It’s now ready to use and will last about a week in the refrigerator.
Can be put on top of salads of all kinds including spinach. It’s great on Italian dressing in place of parmesan cheese.
