TWO COCONUT PIES

Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (7 oz.) shredded coconut
  • 5 eggs
  • 11â�„2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
With electric mixer, blend together all ingredients except pie crusts. Pour into pie crusts. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
