CORN PUDDING
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 1â�„3 cup margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1â�„2 cup sugar
  • 3 TBS flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 13â�„4 cup milk
  • paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine in baking dish. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Mix together sugar, flour, salt and pepper and combine with eggs. Add corn, milk and margarine. Stir until mixture is smooth. Pour into the baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Mixture should be thick when done.
