  • 1 large refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 2 or 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 lb. ground turkey, browned
  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small can diced green chiles
  • 1 medium red onion, slivered
  • Cilantro
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread salsa over crust dough and cover with half the shredded cheese. Add the turkey. Cut onion into slivers. Chop tomatoes and remove seeds. Lay onion slivers, tomato pieces, green chiles and remaining cheese over pizza.
Bake for 11-15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and melted.
