  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 28 oz. canned low-sodium diced tomatoes
  • 1 TBS chili powder
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TBS white wine vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1â�„2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 cups brown rice, cooked
Brown the ground turkey and onions together in a skillet over medium heat; drain fat.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened, about 25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve chili over rice.
