CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE

Ingredients:
  • 1 yellow sheet cake
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 large tub whipped topping
  • 11â�„2 cup shredded coconut
Combine milk and cream of coconut. While cake is warm, pierce with holes, using handle of wooden spoon. Pour mixture over cake. Mix whipped topping and coconut and spread on top. Sprinkle with extra coconut if desired.
