  • 6 medium apples
  • 1â�„2 cup raisins
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 TBS olive oil
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1â�„4 cup maple syrup
  • 1â�„2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Peel and core apples. Slice apples 1�4-inch thick into a 9- by 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle raisins and cinnamon over apples.
Mix together oil, oats, syrup and flour. Crumble over the fruit. Bake for 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
