Chicken paprikas in strudel leaves

1 recipe Chicken Paprikas
1â�„3 cup cooking sherry
1 box Apollo strudel leaves
While Chicken Paprikas is cooking according to accompanying recipe, add sherry. This can be cooked in a pressure cooker to save time; takes about 12 minutes.
When finished cooking, set aside to cool completely.
Prepare strudel leaves. Read directions on box. Leaves must be kept damp. Lay two sheets on a damp cloth. Put paprikas filling about 1 inch on the long edge â€” enough filling to make the roll about one inch in diameter. Fold the one inch over the filling and roll by picking up one end of the cloth.
Put in baking pan. Leave enough room between rolls to brush with oil.
Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown. Cut each roll to 11â�„4 or 11â�„2 inches and serve hot.
