VEGETABLE SOUP
Soups

Ingredients:
  • 1 TBS vegetable oil
  • 1â�„2 onion
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 2 large potatoes, small dice
  • 1 small can corn
  • 1 small can lima beans
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 small can green beans
  • 1 package chicken flavored ramen noodles with flavor pack
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • Salt to taste
Heat the oil in a pot; add the onions and sauté until soft. Add the tomatoes, potatoes, corn, lima beans, peas and green beans. Cook on medium low heat for about one hour, then add the butter and Worcestershire sauce. Break up the noodles into small pieces and add to soup with the flavor pack. Add the sugar and salt. Cook until noodles are soft. This soup can be frozen and keep for about two months or refrigerated for a few days.
