PORK RIBS (St. Louis Style)
Entrees

Ingredients:
Remove the membrane from ribs. Wash and dry the ribs and pull off silver skin. Apply rib rub of choice and let the pork sit for 2 to 3 hours. Place in a smoker and smoke for 31?2 to 41?2 hours at 225 degrees until internal temperature of ribs is 170-180 degrees. Let sit for 30 minutes, pull pork and add your favorite sauce.
