  • 2 boxes lime gelatin
  • 1 box lemon gelatin
  • 1?2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small container cottage cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
Mix gelatin and celery with boiling water; let cool. While gelatin mixture is still a little warm, add mayonnaise and mix, then add the other ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish and refrigerate until set.
Sugar-free gelatin may be substituted for regular.
